For juvenile delinquents sentenced to terms of less than three years, a progressive grade system which consists of four grades will be administered and progressively. As for juvenile delinquents who have served in excess of 6 months according to the progressive grade system regulation and have obtained an outstanding performance in all subjects, will be advanced to grade 1,2. For the time being, those who have obtained a total score of over 42 in behavioral schooling and practise skills within three months, will be considered for a discontinuation of sentence. After informing the juvenile court, a well-behaved juvenile delinquent will receive approval for dispensing with or suspension of penalty.
