According to CDC statistics show that there is a national average per thousand HIV-infected persons, there is getting younger and younger ages infection, route of infection comes from the poison addiction and unsafe sex. To curb HIV among drug users and sex spread Court on February 12, 2014 in Changhua County Health Department invited epidemic prevention teams radiologist-hand homes lecture "drugs, AIDS prevention and Patient Rights Protection" health education seminars for asylum and enhance students' awareness of AIDS right youths importance of safe sex to prevent HIV infection and away from the poison, and learn how to respect those infected and coexistence with an infected person. A total of 280 people participated in the activities of teachers and students.
