In order to strengthen students' pressure adjustment techniques and seek proper assistance channels, on April 24, 2018, the Court invited the Liang Shishi Clinical Psychologist of the Sherbourne Hospital of Sherbrooke to teach the “Adjustment of stress and suicide prevention” education lecture. A total of 231 teachers and students participated in the activity.
Stress is an invisible invisible killer in life. When everyone is under stress, how to deal with it and express it, and how to avoid self-injury, self-injury, or even suicidal behavior, needs to be learned. Through this activity, students are taught to think and develop new ideas.
