To support the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s telemedicine initiative and enhance healthcare access for inmates, our school partnered with Chang Bing Show Chwan Memorial Hospital to launch telemedicine services in accordance with the “Telemedicine Diagnosis and Treatment Regulations.” On October 30, 2025, Ms. Liu Shang-Hui, Deputy Director of the Central Health Insurance Bureau, visited the hospital to observe the system and praised our efforts. Through teleconsultations and real-time testing, the program demonstrated convenience, safety, and continuous medical care, embodying the ideals of “medicine without distance” and compassionate healthcare.
